The main entry is on the second floor of this three story home. With a large deck on the front of the house, it’s the perfect spot to hang out and enjoy peeks of the ocean. Inside, you’ll find two living areas. The first has a comfortable seating area with a gas fireplace, hard wood floors, dining area and the first of two kitchens! This is perfect for large families or get-togethers when one kitchen is just not enough. The second living area has a large overstuffed sofa that has a pullout bed and can be used if the four bedrooms are not enough. There is also a curtain next to the sofa that can be pulled for privacy when it’s being used as a bed. There are two bathrooms on this floor, one a powder room and the second a large bathroom with a jetted tub, perfect for soaking. There is one bedroom on this level which has a queen bed. Also on this level is a large deck on the back of the house which can be accessed from the dining area and the queen bedroom.

Upstairs on the top floor is another living area with a large kitchen and dining space. With a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and comfortable furniture, the living room is the perfect space to relax in, unless kitchen duty calls, and even then, with this second kitchen, cooking can be a breeze. As well as the living space, there are two bedrooms on this floor. The master has a queen bed with a bathroom connected. The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed ( twin bed on top, double bed beneath ) also with a connected bath. There is also a powder room just off the living area.

The bottom level of the home has a kids play area complete with flat screen TV and foosball table. The bathroom on this level connects to the last bedroom in the home which has a queen bed as well.
